Whether you’re looking for a dedicated family nook, want to plant a tree, or simply wish to find a place for the interment of your ashes, With the Woodland Burial Company, you can find a range of flexible and bespoke options to suit your situation. You will chose your area on a walk around with a member of the team.
We are able to work with your choice of funeral director and have a recommended listed available; of those who are used to the woodland and how we operate.
Our Team
Our small team means you will always deal with someone you know, with specific people covering each role but each of us able to help.
Your nook can be accessed on foot 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available for generations to come. We also offer a community to those who want to join us, either online or at Events. We offer a quarterly newsletter via email, showcasing the seasons at the Woods and sharing any news or updates. This allows our wider community to keep up to date, especially family members who many not be able to visit the woods themselves.
Why Woodland Burial?
Our woodlands are maintained to allow them to develop naturally. We can then encourage the growth of species native to the local area. This then encourages local wildlife and native species of flora and fauna too. You can keep up with our work with our Friday blog posts. Our aim is to restore land which has been used commercially to its former natural beauty.
In partnership with Ecologi, we plant a tree for every sale. This allows us to plant far more trees than our own woodland could manage, having a positive impact in the UK and internationally.
